PIC Mobile How-to!! 1. Ticket&Hotel Search After logging in with your PIC registered mail address and password, you can search tickets and Hotel rooms by departures, destinations, and cities. Once you complete these conditions, please click "Search". 2. Select tickets or hotel rooms you want. Your search has performed, then it shows a list of hotel rooms or tickets. From this list, you can select a item(s) you want. 3. Finish your pre-order and inquire. Please confirm your ticket's or room's conditions, options, note, and so on. Don't miss cities to visit, date to visit and stay. Everything OK!? then click the item's link. 4. Complete inquiry form and submit. Please complete required fields and tour conditions. After confirming all, please click "Send". Note!: If your departure date is coming and pressed for time, we need to contact you via phone. This form is to inquire but not a formal order, so feel free to tell us! 5. You get our confirmation E-mail by auto responding. After you complete and send form data, you get our confirmation E-mail within 1 hour. If you don't get our confirmation E-mail, it seems to be because of your miss tipping of E-mail address. If you can't get our confirmation E-mail, please complete the former procedure again or send E-mail directly us with your name. Also you find a due date that our staff make contact. But if your departure date is coming and pressed for time, we receive your order by E-mail directly. 6. After inquiring procedures After the former process finished, our staff send a reply with next process information. In this E-mail you can find a pair of ID&password to log into our formal order confirmation page. Re-arranging, formal order is available via phone. After you get our reply about your inquiry, you can re-arrange your order and make formal order via phone. Then according to the instruction in this, please make payment for your order by transfer to our bank account. At the time you make payment, please transfer to our bank account with the name you wrote inquiry form. And also if it is order by group and so on, please make payment of your order's total fee. 9. About delivering tickets and items. Till 1 month before your departure date, please make payment for your order. About tickets and hotel coupon tickets, we hand at our shop. If you want to get at airport or at your home, our delivering service is available. About the fee, you can see at your ordering process. Handing at airport By this delivering, we send you a "departure guidance", about 1 week before you depart. In this paper, you can see the time and place appointed for your departure. Transportation By this delivering, we send your tickets and other items, 3 days before you depart. Note!:About your passport and visa, please prepare on yourself. About re-arranging or canceling your order You can re-arrange or cancel your order freely, but after the cancellation due date written in your bill or contract, our prescribed cancellation fee will be applied. Note!:We can receive your re-arranging or cancellation of order via Fax, phone and E-mail. But about fax and E-mail you send at time out of our business day or business hour, we handle your changing at next business day.
